Macaroni and cheese



  • milk - 2 c
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • elbow macaroni - 2 c
  • paprika as desired - 1 item
  • cheese sharp, shredded

How to make macaroni and cheese:

Cook macaroni as directed. Cook flour, butter and milk (do not boil). Add cheese and melt. Remove from heat. Sprinkle dry mustard and mix.

Put macaroni in greased casserole dish. Pour cheese mixture into macaroni. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 425° for approximately 25 minutes.
