Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- wine vinegar - 1/8 c
- slices bacon - 8 item
- beef liver, sliced - 1 lb
- medium sliced onions, separated into rings - 2 item
How to make liver and onions:
Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove; crumble and set aside. Add onions to bacon drippings; cook slowly until tender. Remove and set aside. Combine flour, salt and pepper.
