Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • wine vinegar - 1/8 c
  • slices bacon - 8 item
  • beef liver, sliced - 1 lb
  • medium sliced onions, separated into rings - 2 item

How to make liver and onions:

Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove; crumble and set aside. Add onions to bacon drippings; cook slowly until tender. Remove and set aside. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Cook liver with seasoned flour. Saute liver quickly in same skillet
