Ingredients/Components
- large eggs - 2 item
- cup milk - 1 item
- teaspoon salt - 1 item
- cups all-purpose flour - 3 item
- tablespoons margarine - 2 item
- tablespoon vegetable oil - 1 item
- pounds beef liver sliced thin - 2 item
- large onion sliced thin - 1 item
How to make liver and onions:
Rinse liver in cold water, pat dry. Heat margarine and oil in frying pan. Add onions and cook until soft. Remove onions and set aside. Add more oil. Whisk eggs and milk together. Mix seasoning salt and flour together. Dip liver in egg mixture; then in seasoned flour. Fry liver in oil until done.
