Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • onion, chopped - 1/2 c
  • green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
  • can mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
  • chicken pieces

How to make little red chicken:

Place chicken in 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Combine other ingredients. Mix well and pour over chicken. Bake in uncovered dish for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
