- salt - 1 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- can mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
- chicken pieces
How to make little red chicken:
Place chicken in 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Combine other ingredients. Mix well and pour over chicken. Bake in uncovered dish for 1 hour and 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken thigh & leg.
