- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 1
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
- green onions - 4 item
- red pepper - 1 item
- seasoned bread crumbs - 2 Tbsp
- large red onion - 1 item
- cans lima beans - 2 item
- Stripples, cooked and crumbled - 4 item
How to make lima bean casserole:
In a saucepan, combine diced onion and pepper. Mix mushroom soup and liquid. Pour soup mixture over vegetables in saucepan; heat while stirring. Blend sour cream and salt and add to soup mixture. Add lima beans. Pour mixture into a 6 cup casserole dish. Top with crumbled Stripples and bread crumbs.
