Beef stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter or oleo - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- lean ground beef - 2 lb
- can water chestnuts, sliced - 1 item
- large can evaporated milk - 1 item
- can sliced ripe olives - 1 item
How to make beef stroganoff:
Saute first four ingredients and add next 6 ingredients. Cook noodles according to package directions. Mix with beef mixture and stir in sour cream.Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan and top with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake 1 hour at 300°. May be divided into smaller casseroles and frozen.
