Corn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2/3 c
- American cheese - 1 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- green onions - 1/2 c
- red pepper - 1 item
- green bell pepper - 1 item
- cans creamed corn - 2 item
- can whole corn - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Combine flour, salt, sugar and black pepper. Beat eggs lightly. Add red and green bell pepper, green onions and corn to eggs. Add 1/2 cup cheese to mixture. Add flour mixture. Put into a casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese on top. Bake at 350° about 45 minutes, until brown. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
