  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • vanilla - 3 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • cooked sweet potatoes - 3 c
  • coconut optional - 1/2 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. melted butter1/3 c. flour1 c. chopped nuts1/2 c. coconut (optional) Mix cooked potatoes with sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk, salt and margarine. Put in casserole. Mix together topping ingredients and pour over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
