- water - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Crisco oil - 1/2 c
- Blend all ingredients in a large bowl
- lemon instant pudding mix 4 serving size - 1 pkg
- Duncan Hines Deluxe II lemon cake mix - 1 pkg
How to make lemon pound cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Blend all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar2 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. lemon juice Blend powdered sugar with milk and lemon juice.
