- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 1
- flour
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- lemon rind, grated - 1 item
How to make lemon loaf:
Cream sugar, margarine and eggs. Add milk. Mix well. Add flour, salt, baking powder and lemon rind. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cover for 10 minutes. Mix juice of 1 lemon with 1/4 cup white sugar and pour over cake.Recipe categories: Breads, Lunch/snacks, Kid Friendly.
