- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- marjoram - 1/2 tsp
- celery salt - 1/2 tsp

How to make lemon herb chicken:
Combine thyme, marjoram, celery salt, pepper and lemon juice. Sprinkle over chicken. Roll chicken in flour. Slowly brown chicken pieces in melted shortening, about 15 minutes.
