Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- fresh grated lemon peel - 1 tsp
- fresh squeezed lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- one or more of the following: parsley, oregano, marjoram, minced onion, tarragon, paprika or 1 tsp - 1/2 tsp
How to make lemon herb butter:
Melt butter; add lemon peel and juice, blending well. Add seasonings to taste. Keep warm while preparing vegetables. Serve butter with vegetables. Makes 1/4 cup or 6 servings.Recipe categories: Low protein, Condiments, etc., Very low carbs.
