Lemon chicken
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 item
- dry white wine - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- tarragon leaves - 1 tsp
- chopped garlic - 1 tsp
- boneless chicken breast - 1 item
- lemon, cut in 1/2 - 1 item
How to make lemon chicken:
Lightly pound the chicken breasts to make them even thickness. Using a small pot with the chicken between plastic wrap works well.Heat a fry pan with either butter or oil. A couple of tablespoons will work fine.
Dredge the chicken in flour. Shake off extra and place in pan. Saute each side until lightly brown. Squeeze both halves of lemon over chicken. Add spices and wine; simmer for about 2 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve with pasta or rice.
