Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 1 item
- cooking oil - 1 item
- parsley flakes - 1 item
- lemons - 1 item
- chicken cutlets, cut in half and pounded thin - 1 item
- flour mixed with chicken broth powder - 1 item
- margarine pareve - 1 item
How to make lemon chicken:
Heat oil. Dip chicken in flour mixture, then in egg and brown in oil. Set chicken in baking pan and put a thin slice of lemon on each piece. Mix 1/4 pound stick of margarine, 1 MBT packet, juice of 1/2 lemon and parsley flakes. Pour mixture over chicken and freeze.For serving, thaw and bake 30 minutes at 350°, covered. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
