Ingredients/Components
- Tabasco sauce - 2 3
- 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
- ground cayenne pepper - 1 Tbsp
- chicken wings 15 to 20 wings - 2 to
- Durkee red hot sauce nothing else! - 1/2 c
- cloves crushed garlic optional - 2 item
How to make hot wings:
Remove wing tips and discard. Split wings in half at joint. Broil or bake wing sections until almost cooked. In deep saucepan, melt margarine. Add Durkee red hot sauce and Tabasco sauce. Stir in cayenne pepper. Mix well over medium heat. Add partially cooked wing sections and simmer, covered, turning once, for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove wings from sauce and serve.Note: Pour some sauce in bowl for dipping. May also use Ranch or Bleu cheese salad dressing for dipping.
