  • honey - 1/2 c
  • curry powder - 1 tsp
  • mustard - 1/4 c
  • broiler - 1 (3
  • 1/2 stick pareve margarine - 4 Tbsp

How to make honey chicken:

Wash chicken pieces and pat dry. Double line pan with foil. Melt margarine in pan; stir in remaining ingredients. Roll chicken pieces in mixture to coat both sides. Bake at 350° for 1 hour until tender and glazed.
