Chicken francaise
Ingredients/Components
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- can chicken broth - 1 oz
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- whole lemon - 1 item
- to 4 boneless chicken breasts - 2 item
How to make chicken francaise:
Cut chicken breasts in half. Coat with bread crumbs. Fry in oil until brown and set aside. Return cooked cutlets to pan. Add all of broth. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice. Add parsley flakes. Stir. Simmer until sauce thickens.Note: Recipe can be adapted for Veal Francaise.
