- water - 3/4 c
- vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- white cake mix - 1 pkg
- 3-oz - 1 pkg
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition
How to make lemon cake:
In a large bowl with electric mixer blend cake mix, dry gelatin, oil and water. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Mix in lemon juice. Pour into greased and floured baking pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. When cake is removed from oven, pierce with a fork and frost at once with the glaze.Glaze:2 c. powdered sugar1/4 c. lemon juice Combine powdered sugar and lemon juice, mixing until smooth.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
