- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- pkg - 1 oz
- large eggs - 4 item
- oil - 3/4 c
- water - 3/4 c
- orange juice concentrate
- powdered sugar - 2 c
How to make lemon cake:
Frosting:1/2 c. orange juice concentrate2 c. powdered sugar Mix ingredients for cake. Beat for 5 minutes in electric mixer. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan (greased) and bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Prick cake with fork. Mix the orange juice concentrate (undiluted) and powdered sugar for frosting. Spread on cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
