Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- pecans - 1 c
- sticks butter - 3 item
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- box graham crackers, crumbled - 1 item
- Add crackers and remaining ingredients
- flour for thickener - 1 Tbsp
How to make graham cracker cake:
Sift baking powder and sugar, then beat sugar, eggs and butter together. Add crackers and remaining ingredients. Pour into three greased and floured cake pans and cook at 350° for 30 minutes in preheated oven.Icing:2 1/2 c. sugar1 c. milk1 large can crushed pineapple1 c. coconut1 Tbsp. flour (for thickener) Cook on low heat in a boiler until thick.
