Black bottom cupcakes



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- chocolate chips - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- sugar and 1/8 tsp - 1/3 c
How to make black bottom cupcakes:
Combine cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt. Beat well. Set aside after stirring in chocolate chips.Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla and beat thoroughly.
Fill lined muffin cups 1/3 full. Top each with heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture. Makes 24. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. No frosting needed. Cream cheese already did it!
