Stuffed cabbage rolls
Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 2 lb
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- onion, finely chopped - 1/4 c
- cooked rice
- large cabbage leaves - 1 item
- evaporated milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
How to make stuffed cabbage rolls:
Boil cabbage leaves for about 3 or 4 minutes. Remove from water and drain. Add remaining ingredients together except tomato soup, lemon juice and sugar. Spread leaves out and spoon 3 or 4 tablespoons mixture on each leaf. Roll up and tuck ends inwardsRecipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
