Ingredients/Components

  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • onion, finely chopped - 1/4 c
  • cooked rice
  • large cabbage leaves - 1 item
  • evaporated milk - 1/3 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • can tomato soup - 1 item

How to make stuffed cabbage rolls:

Boil cabbage leaves for about 3 or 4 minutes. Remove from water and drain. Add remaining ingredients together except tomato soup, lemon juice and sugar. Spread leaves out and spoon 3 or 4 tablespoons mixture on each leaf. Roll up and tuck ends inwards
