Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- chopped chives - 1/3 c
- to 10 medium size potatoes - 8 item
How to make party potatoes:
Boil peeled potatoes until tender. Beat the sour cream and cheese together. Add hot potatoes; beat until almost smooth. Add butter, chives and salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a well-greased 2-quart casserole. Dot with butter; sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
