  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • flour - 5 Tbsp
  • Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 c
  • Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 2
  • stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
  • cans pineapple chunks - 2 oz

How to make pineapple casserole:

Grease casserole dish. Drain pineapple and reserve the juice. Put pineapple in the dish. Mix sugar and flour; drizzle over the pineapple. Sprinkle cheese over the top of that. Drizzle 3 tablespoons of juice on top. Mix margarine and cracker crumbs; spread over the top of casserole. Bake at 325° or 350° for 30 minutes.
