Ingredients/Components
- cooked chicken breasts - 2 c
- cooked rice - 1 c
- chopped celery - 3/4 c
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- hard-boiled eggs - 3 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
How to make chicken casserole:
Mix well and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Then top with 1 cup crushed corn flakes and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Bake for 15 minutes more. Serve with salad and rolls.Always a hit!
