- butter - 2/3 c
- sugar - 1 c
- strawberry jam - 1 (10

- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- allspice - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- Blend in jam, eggs and vanilla
- milk - 4 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1 c
How to make jam cake:
Cream margarine and sugar. Blend in jam, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, salt, soda and seasonings alternately with buttermilk. Mix well after each addition. If desired, fold in 1 cup flaked coconut. Pour into greased Bundt pan. Bake at 325° for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool thoroughly and glaze with Brown Sugar Glaze.Brown Sugar Glaze:2 Tbsp. brown sugar1 Tbsp. butter4 tsp. milk1 c. powdered sugar Combine brown sugar, butter and milk.
