- whole or chicken parts - 1 item
- celery - 1 item
- onions - 1 item
- carrots - 1 item
- escarole, spinach or any leafy vegetable one - 1 item
- acini de pepe - 1 item
- meat balls - 1 item
How to make italian wedding soup:
Cook chicken until well done in plenty of broth. With your chopped veggies to make your stock, remove chicken and remove skin and bones. Make a couple of dozen meat balls (or more). Roll them real small. While pot is boiling, add acini de pepe and drop in meat balls. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook long enough for pasta and meat balls to be cooked.
