- flour - 4 5
- oil - 3/4 c
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- baking powder - 3 Tbsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- bottle lemon extract - 1 item
How to make italian wedding cookies:
Beat eggs. Add to it the remaining ingredients. Roll in balls. Put on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 7 minutes; cool. Ice with powdered sugar icing. Mix confectioners sugar and a small amount of warm water.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
