How to make italian wedding soup:
Meatballs:1 lb. ground beef2 slices dry bread, soaked in warm water salt, pepper and garlic salt chopped onion parsley dry bread crumbs Romano cheese Make chicken soup as you normally would, using the ingredients. After the chicken is tender, remove all bones and shred or cut up meat and put back into the soup. When the vegetables are cooked, bring soup to boil and drop in the little meatballs (raw) while soup is boiling. After adding meatballs, let simmer about 45 minutes.
