  • oil - 3/4 c
  • confectioners sugar
  • baking powder - 3 tsp
  • lemon extract - 1 tsp
  • anise extract - 1 Tbsp
  • Bake at 375°

How to make italian wedding cookies:

Mix ingredients together; form into a ball with a generous teaspoonful. Bake at 375°. Frost while still warm.Frosting:1/2 tsp. lemon extract1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar2 or 3 Tbsp. milk Dip in colored sugar.
