- water - 6 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- catsup - 1/4 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef
- carrots - 2 c
- barley - 1/3 c
- bay leaves - 2 item
- celery
- green pepper - 1/2 c
- beef bouillon cubes - 3 item
- onions
- can crushed tomatoes - 1 oz
How to make hamburger soup:
In large Dutch oven brown ground beef, drain, stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour or until vegetables and barley are tender.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Clear soup, Main dish.
