  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • chicken broth - 8 c
  • chopped onions - 1 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 1/2 lb
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • chicken bouillon - 1 tsp
  • grated cheese Parmesan - 1 item
  • small soup pasta - 1/2 c
  • cut-up fresh spinach

How to make italian wedding soup:

In small bowl, combine beef, crumbs, egg, onions and bouillon. Shape into 40 meatballs.

In large kettle, bring chicken broth to boil. Add meatballs and pasta; cook 10 minutes. Add spinach; simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Serve with cheese.
