Ingredients/Components
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- chicken broth - 8 c
- chopped onions - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1/2 lb
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- chicken bouillon - 1 tsp
- grated cheese Parmesan - 1 item
- small soup pasta - 1/2 c
- cut-up fresh spinach
How to make italian wedding soup:
In small bowl, combine beef, crumbs, egg, onions and bouillon. Shape into 40 meatballs.In large kettle, bring chicken broth to boil. Add meatballs and pasta; cook 10 minutes. Add spinach; simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Serve with cheese.
