Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • chopped onions - 1/2 c
  • prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • ground beef
  • bread crumbs - 1/4 c
  • cream of mushroom soup - 1 c

How to make salisbury steak:

Combine soup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Blend well. Set aside. Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, onions and 1/4 cup soup. Shape into 6 patties. Brown in skillet. Drain drippings. Combine remaining soup and water. Pour over browned pattie
