Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- cream of mushroom soup - 1 c
How to make salisbury steak:
Combine soup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Blend well. Set aside. Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, onions and 1/4 cup soup. Shape into 6 patties. Brown in skillet. Drain drippings.
