Ingredients/Components

  • water - 2 c
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
  • cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • green pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • medium onions, chopped - 2 item
  • can tomatoes, mashed - 1 oz
  • cans beef broth - 2 oz
  • zucchini, thinly sliced - 2 item
  • Italian sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • bail - 1 tsp

How to make italian sausage soup:

In skillet, brown the sausage and drain well. Add all ingredients, except cheese, and add to crock-pot. Stir well. Cover and cook on low setting for 12 to 14 hours. Taste for seasoning. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Pasta may be added, if desired. (Soup does not have to be cooked in crock-pot.)
