  • onion salt - 1 tsp
  • celery salt - 1 tsp
  • oregano - 2 3
  • bay leaves - 2 item
  • black pepper - 1 item
  • jars including the vinegar of pepperoncini peppers, take off the stems - 2 oz
  • crushed red pepper - 1 2

How to make italian beef:

Step 2:1 tsp. garlic salt1 tsp. onion salt1 tsp. celery salt2 to 3 Tbsp. oregano2 bay leaves2 (8 oz.) jars (including the vinegar) of pepperoncini peppers, take off the stems1 to 2 tsp. crushed red pepper Place beef in crock-pot. Add step 1 spices and water to cover. Cook overnight. Then drain and add second set of ingredients. Cook on low all day. Serve by itself or on rolls.
