Jim's chili
Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 3 lb
- beef bouillon cubes - 3 item
- water - 3 oz
- cans dark red kidney beans - 3 oz
- cans crushed tomatoes - 3 oz
- black pepper - 3 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 tsp
- soy sauce - 3 tsp
- steak sauce - 3 tsp
- chili powder - 3 tsp
- red hot cayenne pepper sauce - 3 tsp
- crushed red pepper - 1 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- celery salt - 1/2 tsp
- onion salt - 1/2 tsp
How to make jim's chili:
Brown and drain ground beef. Microwave bouillon cubes in water for 3 minutes. Mix all ingredients in a large 6-quart crock-pot. Set at medium and cook for at least 3 hours. (The longer the better.) Stir occasionally. Serve hot.Warning: Have a cold beverage nearby!
