Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 4 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- olive oil - 4 Tbsp
- plain yogurt - 1 c
- dried oregano - 1 Tbsp
- garlic cloves, minced - 2 item
- dill weed - 1/2 tsp
- boneless pork loin - 1 lb
- crushed garlic - 1/2 tsp
- peeled and chopped cukes - 1 c
How to make greek pork pockets:
Prepare first 5 ingredients and pour over pork. Refrigerate for 1 to 8 hours.Remove pork from marinade. Stir-fry in nonstick pan over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Put in pita pockets. Top with last 4 ingredients. Garnish with red onion.
