  • lemon juice - 4 Tbsp
  • prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • olive oil - 4 Tbsp
  • plain yogurt - 1 c
  • dried oregano - 1 Tbsp
  • garlic cloves, minced - 2 item
  • dill weed - 1/2 tsp
  • boneless pork loin - 1 lb
  • crushed garlic - 1/2 tsp
  • peeled and chopped cukes - 1 c

How to make greek pork pockets:

Prepare first 5 ingredients and pour over pork. Refrigerate for 1 to 8 hours.

Remove pork from marinade. Stir-fry in nonstick pan over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Put in pita pockets. Top with last 4 ingredients. Garnish with red onion.
