Irresistible peanut butter cookies

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• milk - 3 Tbsp
• salt - 3/4 tsp
• baking soda - 3/4 tsp
• all-purpose flour
• egg white - 1 item
• creamy peanut butter - 3/4 c
• butter flavor Crisco 1/2 stick - 1/2 c
• brown sugar Sugar Twin brown sugar

How to make irresistible peanut butter cookies:

Combine sugar, peanut butter, Crisco, milk and vanilla. Add egg and beat until blended. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Mix flour mixture to peanut butter mixture. Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly and crisscross with tines of fork. Bake at 375° for 7 to 8 minutes. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
