Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- confectioners sugar - 1 lb
- medium potato - 1 item
- coconut or peanut butter - 1 c
- coating chocolate - 1 item
How to make easter eggs:
Boil and mash potato. Add confectioners sugar, vanilla and coconut or peanut butter. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Shape into eggs and refrigerate overnight. Cover with coating chocolate.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Spring.
