Easter eggs

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1 tsp
• confectioners sugar - 1 lb
• medium potato - 1 item
• coconut or peanut butter - 1 c
• coating chocolate - 1 item

How to make easter eggs:

Boil and mash potato. Add confectioners sugar, vanilla and coconut or peanut butter. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Shape into eggs and refrigerate overnight. Cover with coating chocolate.
