Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- melted butter - 1 Tbsp
- light corn syrup - 1 c
- unbaked 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
How to make pecan pie:
Sprinkle pecans in pie shell. Beat eggs in bowl. Add corn syrup, melted butter and vanilla; mix well. Add mixture of flour and sugar. Pour over pecans. Let stand until pecans rise to top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
