Peanut butter fudge

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 1 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• butter - 1 Tbsp
• cocoa - 3 Tbsp
• peanut butter - 3 Tbsp
• marshmallow - 2 Tbsp

How to make peanut butter fudge:

Mix sugar, cocoa, salt and milk together. Stir and bring to a boil. Boil until soft ball stage. (I test in cold water. You can use a candy thermometer.) Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla, marshmallow and peanut butter. Beat until all is smooth. Put into a buttered dish, cool and cut into squares.
