Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 5 item
  • vanilla
  • pkg - 3 oz
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • can cherry pie filling - 1 item

How to make individual cheesecakes:

Mix first 4 ingredients well, adding eggs, one at a time. Fill individual aluminum baking cups with 2 full tablespoons of mixture. Bake at 300° for 20 to 25 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients and put a tablespoon of mixture on top of each cake. Bake at 300° for 5 to 8 minutes. Cool and refrigerate. Top with cherry pie filling. Makes 30 servings.
