Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1/3 c
- egg - 1 item
- vanilla wafers - 1 item
How to make mini cheesecakes:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla in mixing bowl. Beat with electric mixer until mixture is light and fluffy. Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of the baking cups, about 8. Spoon cream cheese mixture evenly into cups. Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Cool.
