Individual cheesecakes

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• eggs - 5 item
• vanilla
• pkg - 3 oz
• sour cream

How to make individual cheesecakes:

Filling:1 c. sour cream1/4 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Add 1 egg at at time, beat very well. Put 2 1/2 inches of mixture in each muffin paper. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. They will not brown. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes. Will sink in the middle. Fill each with 1 tsp. of filling. Top with a dab of pie filling of your choice.
