How to make individual cheesecakes:

Preheat oven to 350°. Beat cream cheese, sugar and eggs together until creamy. Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of cupcake paper in a muffin tin. Fill 1/2 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes. Cool. Top with cherry pie filling. Makes 20.
