Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 3 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- melted margarine - 1/3 c
- can cherry pie filling - 1 oz
How to make cheese cake:
In bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, margarine and 1/4 cup sugar. Press on bottom and 2 1/2-inches up sides of 8-inch spring-form pan; set aside.In bowl with electric mixer, at high speed, beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla until creamy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Blend in sour cream. Spread in prepared pan.
Bake at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes or until center cut. Turn off oven, leaving door ajar. Leave cheese cake in oven 1 hour. Chill 4 hours or overnight. Remove sides of pan and top with cherry pie filling.
