Easy cheesecake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 3 tsp
• pkg - 2 oz
• milk
• oil - 2 Tbsp
• can cherry pie filling - 1 item
• lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
• yellow cake mix - 1 pkg

How to make easy cheesecake:

Save 1 cup dry cake mix. Take remaining cake mix, 1 egg and oil and mix together. Put in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Blend cream cheese, sugar, 3 eggs and cake mix. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. At low speed, add milk, vanilla and lemon juice. Pour into crust. Bake at 300° for 45 to 55 minutes. When cool, spread with pie filling on top.
