  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • white sugar - 3/4 c
  • can cherry or blueberry pie filling - 1 item
  • vanilla wafer cookies - 20 item

How to make individual cheesecakes:

You also need 20 cupcake liners.

Beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy; add eggs and vanilla, beating until smooth. Line muffin tin with liners; put a vanilla wafer in each liner. Pour mixture in (3/4 full). Bake 18 to 20 minutes at 350°. Remove from tin and let cool; top with cherry pie filling. Chill overnight.
