  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • can cherry pie filling - 1 item
  • vanilla wafers - 24 item

How to make individual cheesecakes:

Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs until smooth. Line muffin tin with aluminum muffin tin liners. Put a vanilla wafer in each. Fill with 3/4 cup of cream cheese mixture. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350°. Top with cherry or pineapple topping after cooling them. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Yield: 24 individual cheesecakes.
