  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • can cherry pie filling - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • vanilla wafers - 24 item

How to make individual cheesecakes:

Cream ingredients. Put wafers in paper-lined muffin pans. Fill 2/3 full. Bake in 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Garnish with cherry pie filling. (Three cherries and a spoonful of filling look nice on top.)
